Edong Galbi (ribs)
Edong Galbi is one of the representative dishes of Pocheon where the clean water and superb landscape of Baekwun Valley are well harmonized from 54 years ago. Simple fresh soft ribs marinated with a variety of fruits are served in sufficient quantity. The liquid of frozen Dongchimi (water based radish Kimchi) is beyond comparison.

Sundubu (soft Tofu)
You can have Sundubu (soft Tofu) with the simple and savory taste like that of a country grandmother at a moderate price after enjoying a variety of activities including hiking, hot springs and a sauna in a charcoal kiln. You can also see the mechanized millstone and the process of boiling milled beans in a big iron pot.

Fish or hike around Gipiwul reservoir and enjoy grilled duck or marinated duck, the alkali food. Have it with grilled onions or potatos. Dolsotbap (rice in a stone pot) with a duck soup is also excellent. The duck dish is very good because you can have more than other meat at a moderate price.
